Testing Tools Currently, there are three tests available to administer to high school students. The descriptions of each are below, and you can signup for each of these tests here. Ohio EMPT Test The Ohio EMPT test, also referred to as the Algebra test, is usually given to high school juniors. Students currently taking Algebra II, Trigonometry, or Precalculus are good candidates for this test. Sophomore Test The Sophomore test is to be used for high school sophomores. This test is the same as the Ohio EMPT Test but the problems are in order from easiest to hardest. Calculus Readiness Test The Calculus Readiness Test (CRT) is usually given to high school juniors and seniors who are currently taking a Precalculus or Calculus course. |
